Double-face FPC (Silver through-hole type)

Typically copper plated, the through-holes on this product are silver paste printed,
effectively making a double-face FPC.

Features

  • A double-face FPC, which has copper foil on one side and silver paste on the other side, making use of our printing technology.
    There is a cost advantage compared to the double-sided FPC with copper foil.e.
  • A double-face FPC with copper foil on both sides/silver through-hole is also possible.
    There is a cost advantage compared to that with copper plated through-hole.

Standard specifications


Polyester film (PET) is used as the base film.

Features

  • By making the most use of our pre-treatment technology for polyester film, we offer FPC, which has an excellent stability of dimension and low cost. It has a good cost advantage compared to typical types of PI FPC.
